Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in computer science, information technology or business administration
• 2+ years working experience in software industry
• Good knowledge of web programming language

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support services to our customers and solve the technical and engineering problems in conjunction with the applications developed by AGS
• Develop work goals and department projects through conference with customers and engineers to assess customer requirements and formulate the technical proposal
• Work with our ODC (Offshore Development Center) in-house development and design team to determine system requirements to meet client needs
• Coordinate work projects from conceptualization to testing and implementation stage

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar professional field
• 4-5 years C/C++ (Windows based) development working experience is must
• Familiar with MFC
• Have the ability to work out software FS, DS, and familiar with unit testing
• Experience in Linux/C/C++ based development for embedded system is a positive add-on
• Ability to make appropriate and effective use of oral and written English to communicate
• Team work spirit and Problem solving skills

Qualification:

Job Description:

• Coordinate project teams to customize project specific processes based on business needs and AGS Quality System;
• Ensure process compliance and practices across AGS by regularly performing process and product audit and helping project teams to correct non-compliance issues;
• Report audit findings to Process Manager, and provide management with appropriate visibility;
• Assist project teams on all matters related to PPQA;
• Perform comprehensive Internal Audits together with Internal Audit Team twice a year;
• Coordinate various project teams to define measurement method at the beginning of projects according to AGS Measurement Mechanism;
• Ensure data related to defined measurement indicators are collected on time, correctly and accurately;
• Submit project data to SEPG for organizational metrics analysis;
• Handle the best practice sharing throughout the organization
• Provide process training; and daily consultation.
• Gather and summarize feedbacks, experiences, lessons learned to SEPG; and coordinate SEPG to continuously improve processes based on CMMI 5 requirements.

Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years software development working experiences with technical knowledge and understanding of operation systems and database management systems.
• At least one year hand-on in designs and executes tests to characterize, analyze and optimize the performance on large software product.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills from a performance perspective.
• Familiar with industry performance tools (e.g. Mercury, Openview, loadrunner, etc)

Job Description:

• Improve the performance of our code base by tackling performance debugging (at the single machine or data center levels).
• Developing performance tools to profile hardware utilization at all levels.
• Working with software developers to identify hot spots, and bottlenecks, and optimizing around them.
• Design of system analysis tools such as monitoring of I/O operations, and characterization of network traffic.
